We were able to meet our lil’ Makenna this morning. The visit was short and it was so hard to leave her behind, but that was our plan as we have a couple of other tasks to complete in country while we are here.
She is very well fed and seems to have a very quiet personality. She is very observant and overall seems to be pretty healthy. Our plan is to visit the orphanage where she spent much of her time tomorrow and then go to the care center and pick her up and bring her to our guest house for the rest of the week.
